Use Schedule by Zapier to run every hour, a Webhooks by Zapier GET step to call /v1/active-ats with your key in the Authorization header, and Looping by Zapier to send each job to Google Sheets, Airtable, Webflow or your job board.
A basic Zap
- Schedule by Zapier: every hour.
- Webhooks by Zapier: GET /v1/active-ats?time_frame=1h with your filters and header Authorization: Bearer your key.
- Looping by Zapier: loop over jobs.
- Action: create a row, record or post for each job.
When to choose n8n or Make instead
Zapier counts every task. For thousands of jobs a day, n8n or Make, or a small script, usually costs less.
