The short answer
In n8n, use the HTTP Request node with a Header Auth credential (Authorization: Bearer and your key) to call The Jobs API on a Schedule Trigger. Loop over the jobs and write them to your database, CMS, Airtable, Google Sheets or job board.
A basic workflow
- Schedule Trigger: every hour.
- HTTP Request: GET https://api.thejobsapi.com/v1/active-ats?time_frame=1h&country=CA, with Header Auth.
- Split Out the jobs array.
- Write each job to your destination, keyed by our job id.
- Add a second workflow for /v1/modified-ats (daily) and /v1/expired-ats (hourly).
