The short answer
Add The Jobs API in Bubble’s API Connector with your key as a private header. A recurring backend workflow calls our new jobs feed every hour and creates a Job thing for each result, keyed by our job id. Two more workflows apply changes and remove expired jobs.
Set it up in Bubble
- Create a Job data type with title, company, location, description, apply link and external id.
- In the API Connector, add a GET call to /v1/active-ats?time_frame=1h with Authorization: Bearer and your key marked private.
- Create a recurring backend workflow that runs every hour and schedules an API workflow on the list of results.
- Add a daily workflow for /v1/modified-ats and an hourly one for /v1/expired-ats.

Every created thing uses Bubble capacity. Filter by place or role, or create jobs in bulk from an outside script with Bubble’s Data API when volumes grow.

- Our jobs come from employer career sites and hiring systems, so each one links to the employer’s own apply page.
- Full descriptions in HTML and text, pay when the employer published it, and every location.
- Jobs expire when the employer removes them. We never close a job on one failed check.

Which Bubble plan do I need?
Recurring workflows need a paid Bubble plan. Check bubble.io/pricing.
